The Kieran McGilligan musical journey started at the early age of twelve when he began an apprenticeship with his father Joe, a well known local entertainer. Kieran played keyboards and sang with his father until he was 19 years old when he was bitten by the travelling bug. After two years of travelling his love for music led him back home, where he realised he wanted to pursue a career in the music industry. Following a lot of hard work and determination he successfully secured a record deal, put in place a management team and formed a five piece band. This was the start of his professional music career. 

Over the last 10 years Kieran has successfully released seven albums, two DVDs and performed well over 2000 live shows. A musical path that has seen him and the band play all over Ireland, Scotland, England, Spain and the USA, where he has gained a vast amount of friends. 

Kieran and the band continue to work very hard and have successfully secured their place as one of the top attractions on the dance band scene.
